This website, heeve.com.au (the "site"), is operated by Tyre Swing Pty Ltd (ABN 84 738 142 818, ACN 626 651 278). "Heeve", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Tyre Swing Pty Ltd. By using the site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You cannot buy here

Heeve.com.au is an information and catalogue site. You cannot buy a Heeve product, create an account, or make a payment on this site. When you are ready to buy, you do so at one of our sellers, mainly Ramp Champ (our sister store, also owned by Tyre Swing), Bunnings Warehouse, or an authorised dealer. Each seller has its own terms, pricing, delivery, warranty claims and returns process, and your purchase is with that seller, not with this site.

Product information and specifications

We show Heeve models, images and specifications to help you research the right product. We do not show prices here, the seller sets and shows the price. We prepare this information with care, but it is a general guide and can change. Before you buy or rely on a figure, check the current listing at the seller and the product's own documentation.

Where we describe a product as certified or compliant, that claim applies only to the specific model or SKU named on the relevant page, and only on the terms set out there. Certification documents, engineer drawings and user manuals are the authoritative source. Some requirements, for example tactile ground surface indicators on an access ramp, are site-specific and are not supplied with the product, so always check the caveats stated on the product and certification pages.

Our tools are a guide, not advice

Tools such as the Ramp Length Calculator give an estimate to help you plan. They are provided "as is" as a guide only, not as engineering, safety, accessibility or professional advice. For anything where safety or compliance matters, check the product specifications and, where needed, get advice from a suitably qualified professional.

Using the site properly

You must be at least 18 and use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to interfere with or get around its security, uploading viruses or malicious code, scraping or harvesting data or personal information, or copying, reselling or exploiting any part of the site or its content without our written permission.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, including our sellers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, terms or privacy practices. Please review their terms before you deal with them.

Intellectual property

The Heeve name and logo (Heeve is a registered trade mark, IP Australia registration 2393539), together with the text, images, layout and other content on this site, are owned by or licensed to Tyre Swing Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

Messages you send us

When you use our contact form, we handle your details in line with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for making sure what you send is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Do not send anyone else's personal information without their consent, and do not send unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

Customer stories and references

We are proud of the businesses and organisations that use Heeve products, and from time to time we like to say so. If you use a Heeve product, you agree that we may refer to you as a Heeve customer and describe, in general terms, the type of product and how it is used (for example, "loading at a distillery" or "container handling at a port"). We will not publish pricing, order details, personal contact information, or anything you have told us in confidence. If you would prefer we did not reference your business, just let us know through our contact form and we will remove it. The same applies to customers of Ramp Champ, our sister store.

Guarantees and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those rights always apply.

Beyond those non-excludable rights, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the information on it is complete or current, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, its tools or its content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time by posting the new version on this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
